In our topic 'Who's the King of the Castle?', we will be diving into castle life, and identifying key features of the castle that help to defend the King and Queen. These key features include: battlements, arrow loops, drawbridge, moat and portcullis.

We will be building on our geographical knowledge by identifying physical features and human features to support our understanding of maps.

In Maths we will be exploring multiplication and division within 2s, 5s and 10s. We will also begin to look at fractions, time and money.

In Science we will be observing trees and plants. We will be finding out about their features and why they both need roots to grow.
